How much time do you need for set up & sound check?

We need a minimum of 1 hour and 30 mins for set up 

What are your standard performance times?

Our performances would include 8pm-12am with two breaks

I'm not sure what my timings are going to be yet, is there any flexibility on the standard timings?

Yes there is flexibility with timings, given sufficient notice we can play longer or shorter sets 

Can I pick the songs that you'll play on the night?

Yes with sufficient notice you can pick songs from our repertoire or request new songs to be added

Will you learn our first dance?

Yes we love to learn first dance songs we would require 6 weeks notice and will learn your first dance song either as a full band or as a quieter stripped back/ acoustic version. If these arrangements are not what you are looking for we can have it played via our sound system.

Will the band provide background music during your break?

Yes we can provide a playlist or you can provide us with your own. and we will happily play it throught our PA system. 

My venue has a 1am license, do you offer an extension to keep the night going until then?

We can arrange to play for an extended amount of time with sufficient notice, this would inncur an additional fee.

Which artists are you most influenced by?

ABBA, Dua Lipa, Blondie are large influences on us.

Can you provide a ceilidh set? If so, could you give us more information about this - how long does it last, what instruments do you play, can you call the dances for our guests?

We can provide up to 45 minutes of ceilidh, we personally love doing the ceilidh dances you can have some real fun with it.

Caroline our singer can call the ceilidh dances and have a lot of fun with the guests ( especially if there are guests who’ve never experienced a Scottish ceilidh before) Whilst playing our instruments, guitar, bass and drums live with the traditional instruments of fiddle, accordion etc on track through our PA system. If you need more information about our ceilidh set we can chat this through with you over the phone.

We can provide a wide variety of ceilidh dances that include all the favourites like the Gay Gordons, Dashing White sergeant, Strip the Willow, Canadian Barn dance and many more.

Do you offer any other add-on options?

We can offer a quieter duet set performed by our lead vocalist and one of our guitarists. This requires sufficient notice and would require an additional fee.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

We have our own PA system that is included in the quote 

Do you have PAT Cert & PLI Insurance?

Yes we have PLI that covers up to 5 million and all of our equipment is Pat certified.
