We go to a lot of weddings. A lot. And each one is special and spectacular in it’s own way, in part thanks to the fantastic suppliers who work hard to make a couple’s big day as memorable as possible.

As our bands are so popular and in such high demand, they have played at most of the wedding venues throughout Scotland and are privileged to have experienced some of the finest settings the country has to offer. Our knowledge of these fabulous locations puts us in a perfect place to offer some guidance to happy couples looking for inspiration to find that perfect place to celebrate the happiest day of their lives.

Kinkell Byre

Situated a stone’s throw away from St Andrews, with some of the most gorgeous sea views we’ve seen, Kinkell Byre is a seriously sleek venue. The pictures simply don’t do justice to the versatile space, and when we say versatile, we mean it – want to hold your own highland games, ride down the aisle on a tandem bicycle, or have a 4000 strong ball? It’s all possible.

Kinkell Byre can cater from 40 to 2000 guests and double that if you’re extra popular and want to add a few marquees. In the 16 years the venue has been open, it has held 700 events which equates to around 250,000 memories so you can be certain in the knowledge that the expert team here have seen it all. Choosing between the two picturesque locations - the world famous St Andrews and the scenic Broughty Ferry - will be difficult. The university town of St Andrews - frequently referred to as "The home of Golf" - with its gothic architecture and cobbled streets is certainly a popular wedding destination however Broughty Ferry is hot on its heels.
