The four piece band line up consists of, Male Lead Vocals/Guitar, Vocals and acoustic guitar, Bass Guitar and Drums.
What makes this band different is their ability to keep their playlist fresh and up to date, playing the most recent chart hits of the 00’s as well as classics form the 50’s to the 00’s. The play list is always organised on the night, and is always varied to cater for the age range of the audience, and the songs that they know will get people up and dancing. They are totally reliable, punctual, and smartly dressed. On stage they are energetic and entertaining, involving the audience in the performance wherever possible! The band is fully self contained, providing a top of the range PA and lighting system for audiences up to 350 people. The Kickbacks are the real deal ! You only have to listen to their audio which confirms an exceptional quality of musicianship, vocal talent and ability to keep your dancefloor full!
In addition, they can play extended sets, if requested during dinner or a drinks reception. The band travel all over the UK and overseas, and will always strive to make your event special and give you a show you’ll never forget. If you are looking for a bit of ceilidh the band can provide this by including an accordionist and caller by separate negotiation, please ask Music for Scotland for further details. Kickback can also provide backround/disco music during their break tailored to the clients requirements.

Where to start - these guys are amazing! Cannot recommend them highly enough! They played at our ceremony, drinks reception and evening reception so were a big part of our day! Richard was such a pleasure to deal with. His attention to detail and genuine interest in our big day was fantastic. He took the time to call us (more than once) to ensure that everything we wanted was included in our day. Nothing was a hassle and all requests were granted. He also coordinated with other musicians we had playing on the day to ensure everything ran smoothly. He even called my husband 's cousin who was playing during our ceremony to offer him encouragement. Everyone commented on how good the band were. We booked kickback without knowing a whole lot about them but liking their music on this website. Right from the outset they were flexible and helpful on timings and the type of music they could include. The wedding included people of all ages and with very different music tastes, but the band soon had the whole marquee dancing and really enjoying the music. The music was tight and professional and all the guests were blown away by it. I would also like to thank music for Scotland for all their help and advice.

Amazing group, really lovely people and the guests at our wedding were so impressed! We were so pleased - we were looking for a band which didn't sound too 'weddingy' and who didn't play all the old clichéd wedding anthems. These guys sounded like a great band you would go to a gig to see, and everyone was up dancing - young and old. We LOVED them. As well as being fab musicians they are really lovely guys.
